Reduce the Guesswork in Hiring

Finding the right fit for a role goes beyond just looking at resumes and conducting standard interviews. With my extensive experience in using the Workplace Big Five tool, I help organisations eliminate the guesswork from hiring decisions. The Workplace Big Five provides deep insights into a candidate’s personality traits and how they align with both the organisational culture and the specific role. This means you get a clearer, more accurate picture of who will thrive in your team and contribute to lasting success. I have conducted hundreds of Workplace Big Five debriefs, allowing me to quickly and effectively analyse a candidate's fit for a role. My approach goes beyond the surface—I conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand the unique needs of the role and the dynamics of the existing team. Equally important, I spend time getting to know each candidate’s profile and motivation, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of how they align with your organisation’s goals and values. In addition to hiring support, I offer team analysis services to maximize team efficiency and performance. By analysing the profiles of all team members, I can provide a clear overview of the team's strengths and gaps and identify the type of profile needed to enhance team dynamics and effectiveness. I work with clients from a wide range of industries, from car dealerships and amusement parks to international startups and local museums. No matter the field, my clients consistently report increased retention, higher-performing teams, and improved communication as a direct result of my services.

Enhance Team Dynamics with Deeper Self-Understanding

Understanding team dynamics starts with understanding yourself. I use the Workplace Big Five to help teams gain deeper insights into their individual personalities and, through this process, better understand their colleagues. When you understand and accept who you are, it becomes easier to manage yourself and your self-leadership. You become more aware of what aspects of your job energize you and what tasks drain you. This reflection helps you develop strategies to recharge after draining activities or even delegate them to a colleague who may be more suited to those tasks. Working with the Big Five provides your team with a common language to discuss and identify differences in how you work, react, and behave. This shared understanding fosters a more effective way of collaborating, leading to smoother, more open, and authentic communication. My clients have seen significant benefits from this approach, including more seamless communication, a deeper understanding and empathy among colleagues, and fewer mistakes due to more fluent and higher-quality interactions. By aligning individual strengths and managing differences, teams become more cohesive and efficient, driving better results and a healthier workplace culture
